Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and direction for multiple or large-scale commercial construction projects

Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting

Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project teams

Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, change orders, and risk management

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards

Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams during early project phases

Proactively identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and opportunities
