Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of WAC Compliance
Ensure effective operational oversight
Fostering a culture of cross-department collaboration and quality assurance
Optimizing staff-to-case ratios
Driving caseload growth
Conduct monthly one-on-ones and weekly performance reviews utilizing standardized tools
Monitoring KPIs related to overserved hours, client satisfaction, and staffing timelines
Manage staffing plans
Represent KWA professionally at external meetings
Foster community partnerships and support growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in homecare, long term care, or human services
Knowledge of Washington State Long-term care regulations and compliance standards
Strong leadership and management skills
Proficiency in data management software, particularly WellSky and Power BI
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in health services, social services or business administration
