Our client, Global Force USA, is seeking a Sr. PeopleSoft Functional Analyst to support a conversion from the legacy PeopleSoft application to a cloud hosted replacement. The candidate will be responsible for functional analysis, data mapping, and root-cause analysis in an Agile/SCRUM environment.

The worker must have impeccable oral and written communication skills, solid experience with the integration of the core modules within the PeopleSoft HRMS 8.8 application (HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll), including experience researching processing requirements between other systems both upstream and downstream

5+ years Project Team experience utilizing Agile Methodologies

6+ years Experienced In Gathering Requirements Towards Changes The PeopleSoft Application

6+ years Demonstrated current hands-on functional experience in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll

6+ years The most recent six years must have been working exclusively as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst

8+ years Solid understanding of technical aspects of the PeopleSoft application

5+ years Strong SQL skills, ability to write and execute advanced SQL in both Oracle and SQL Server

5+ years Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

10+ years Working in Information Technology

The Worker must be comfortable working in an Agile/SCRUM environment conducting daily stand-up meetings

The candidate will be expected to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in both the functional and technical aspects of PeopleSoft

The role will also require heavy Functional Analyst skills

The worker must have impeccable oral and written communication skills

Solid experience with the integration of the core modules within the PeopleSoft HRMS 8.8 application

Experience researching processing requirements between other systems both upstream and downstream

The worker must be equally confident conversing with top level management and developers

The worker must be confident having detailed conversations with the users at the functional level, with developers at the technical level

Ability to accurately read PeopleCode, write SQL, and analyze data

Preferred

Past experience as a developer in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: - HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll

Solid PeopleTools skills, including Application Engine, PeopleCode, and SQR

Ability to manage a Scrum or Kanban team

Experience With Microsoft Azure Dev Ops

Experience in having worked on prior implementations/conversions from a legacy PeopleSoft application

Experience With Defined Benefit Pension Plans

Defined Benefit Pension Plan knowledge to understand data requirements and use

Experience With Base Benefits Or Benefits Administration Systems

Experience with Pension Administration systems

Experience with Payroll Systems

Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating functional / technical problems
