The Performance Marketer (Multi-Channel) will own the paid growth strategy across various channels, systematically expanding and measuring performance to build a repeatable and effective marketing engine.

Scale paid growth across all channels (excluding Linkedin, see other role.)
Build the paid channel portfolio
Identify which channels match our buyers + intent
Test quickly with clean measurement
Scale winners, kill losers
Document learnings so the system compounds
Own conversion paths end-to-end
Landing pages convert
Offers match intent
Tracking is usable
Funnels are coherent
Run experiments like a machine
Hypotheses, test design, velocity
Creative angle libraries
Offer testing

Qualification
Required
Proven track record scaling performance across multiple paid channels (especially Linkedin!)
Strong measurement instincts + comfort with imperfect attribution
High speed of execution
Great judgment on creative, hooks, and offers
Ownership mentality

Outcome-driven
Comfortable with ambiguity
Pragmatic and fast
Quality-focused but not perfectionist
Enjoys ownership more than job titles
Preferred
Experience with B2B SaaS motion (demos, sales cycles, pipeline)
