Responsibilities
Lead complex projects across different People functions to deliver world class employee experiences
Partner with key Program stakeholders to define program scope, roadmap, success criteria, roles & responsibilities, governance and change management
Proactively manage program progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, reporting and outcomes
Drive programs to building scalable, enterprise solutions that leverage automation and AI capabilities
Build strong relationships with HR leaders, business partners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, manage risks and dependancies to drive program success
Act as a strategic partner and work with program stakeholders and enablement teams to achieve program milestones while managing dependancies, communications and downstream impacts
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience across HR programs
Experience delivering multiple projects with different stakeholder groups, implementing process improvements & optimizations
Delivery-focused, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the prowess to explain business problems, concepts, and issues to a varied audience
Prior experience in using Jira & Confluence
Preferred
Agile / PMP Certification is highly desirable
