Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud

Create resource-loaded schedules to optimize labor, equipment, and material allocation

Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements for scheduling and reporting

Build and maintain detailed cost forecasts, cash‑flow models, and budget baselines using Oracle Unifier and related ERP tools

Track planned vs. actual progress, support earned value reporting and integrate schedule and cost data through OPC

Validate subcontractor invoices, track quantities, manage change events, and ensure documentation accuracy within Oracle Unifier workflows

Identify cost and schedule risks, evaluate potential savings, and support mitigation planning with project leadership

Produce monthly cost reports, productivity dashboards, and KPI summaries using OPC analytics and Unifier reporting modules

Prepare and present schedule reports, forecasts, and progress updates to stakeholders

Partner with site teams, estimators, procurement, and PMs to maintain accurate cost, schedule, and progress data

Improve project controls processes, templates, and system configurations to enhance accuracy and efficiency across Oracle platforms
