Responsibilities
Inspection services for roof repairs
Ensure full-time monitoring of all construction activities to guarantee compliance with project specifications
Conduct continuous technical inspections to confirm that quality measures are implemented daily
Prepare daily field technical reports and computations; collect and document initial, progress, and final photographs
Conduct substantial and final inspections alongside the supervisor and designated personnel
Verify contractor adherence to contract requirements, quality control standards, and safety protocols
Qualification
Required
B.S. degree in Engineering (preferably Civil)
NYCT track safety training
NYCT PMG 123
OSHA 30-hour
4-hour scaffolding user
Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders
Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Perform additional project control related duties as required
Preferred
SST 62 hours is preferred
