Hudu is a fast-growing SaaS platform built exclusively for IT professionals and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). We are seeking a versatile Designer to own the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our various digital assets, collaborating on product design and ensuring user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets. Compare the user experience of existing applications and working to design better alternatives

Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets

Collaborating with product engineers and managers to illustrate design concepts, use sitemaps, process flows, and storyboards

Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user

Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages

Keeping current with industry trends and competitor products, and communicating design prototypes and ideas to developers

Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior

Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, science, web design, or relevant field or relevant experience in a design role

Minimum of four years' experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services

A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile applications

Experience with Graphic Design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, Sketch)

Ability to problem solve and be self-directed, self-motivated, organized and disciplined

Flexible and agile understanding of mobile + web best practices

Must possess proficient ability to communicate in English in oral and written format

Preferred

Passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology

Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required
