This part-time role is a great opportunity for college students or entry-level candidates who want to gain experience in customer service, HR support, or administrative work.

Responsibilities
Assist applicants with completing applications, onboarding forms, and employment documentation
Provide language support for Farsi/Persian-speaking candidates
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries professionally
Enter and update candidate information in the ATS system
Help walk candidates through each step of the hiring process
Provide clear instructions and support to applicants needing extra guidance
Assist with general office tasks and additional support for recruiters as needed
Qualification
Required
Fluent in Farsi/Persian and English (written and spoken)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to type comfortably and work efficiently on a computer
Familiarity with basic office software (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to maintain professionalism when assisting applicants
Preferred
Prior office or customer service experience is helpful but not required
