Oregon State Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Business Services Credit Analyst II to join their Business Services team. In this role, you will ensure prudent credit granting, conduct financial analysis, and support the health of their commercial lending portfolio.

Required

Experience analyzing business financial statements, cash flow, and collateral

Ability to evaluate credit requests, prepare underwriting and annual reviews, and recommend structure alternatives

Knowledge of business lending, portfolio risk monitoring, and covenant compliance

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong independent decision‑making and problem‑solving skills

Ability to interpret complex financial information and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

High attention to detail in a deadline‑driven environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to support cross‑functional teams, work directly with business members, and communicate with participant lenders

Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to service excellence

Three to five years of business lending experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate that they have the legal right to work in the US and pass a background screening to the satisfaction of Oregon State Credit Union
