Bridgeview Eye Partners is seeking a Technician to fulfill an important role in providing critical data for patient care. The Technician will be responsible for various administrative and clinical functions, ensuring quality standards are met while enhancing the patient experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare patients for eye examinations by communicating the features and benefits of our preliminary testing procedures

Perform all preliminary and any doctor requested tests on all patients

Assist optometrist and ophthalmologist with patient procedures

Coordinate patient scheduling and monitor patient flow throughout the office, properly communicating delays

Prepare exam room by cleaning instruments and maintaining inventory of medications and supplies

Provide a safe, clean, organized and inviting environment for both patients and staff

Perform other duties and assume various responsibilities as determined by the office manager or team lead, and doctor(s)
