Case Management: Direct family law matters from inception through final resolution, including divorce, custody, and modification cases
Litigation: Exercise independent judgment in the prosecution of cases; represent clients in hearings, trials, and mediations
Legal Writing: Produce strong, persuasive written work, including pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
Team Leadership: Supervise and provide direction to a support team, ensuring high standards of work product and efficient case progression
Qualification
Required
Must be an active member in good standing with the Idaho State Bar
A minimum of four (4) years of focused experience in family law
Strong litigation skills
The ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
Experience overseeing legal support staff
