Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients and markets
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms
Utilize sales and marketing tools to identify and qualify prospects
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, key decision-makers, and stakeholders
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings
Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to propose tailored solutions
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue
Manage sales pipelines efficiently, from lead generation to closure
Track and report on sales metrics, activities, and outcomes using CRM systems
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
Overcome objections and address concerns to facilitate deal closure
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery processes
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine offerings and improve market positioning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Proven record of accomplishments and success in 3PL sales, business development, or a related role focusing on large Enterprise accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
Willingness to travel as needed
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics
Integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach
Strong sense of supply chain management and logistics
Adherence to all RK Safety, Quality, ISO and HR policies and standards
