The Senior Development Officer will drive transformational philanthropy to advance the exceptional healthcare services provided by MercyOne Genesis and MercyOne Genesis VNA and Hospice
This strategic leadership role focuses on building and nurturing enduring philanthropic partnerships through a sophisticated, multi-channel development approach
The position manages a dynamic portfolio of major gift prospects, while providing strategic oversight of comprehensive fund development initiatives
The role requires sophisticated partnership with physician leaders and clinical champions to transform medical innovations and patient care initiatives into compelling philanthropic opportunities
The position will play a crucial role in capital campaigns aligned with MercyOne Genesis's strategic growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License
More than 7 years' experience required
Fund development training in major gifts/capital campaigns
Communications, health care development, Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE)
Bachelor's degree required. Field of study in Finance, Business, Communications or related field

Masters preferred
