Office Manager
Cornerstone is seeking an Office Manager to provide general administrative support for their Regional Manager and Regional Office staff. The role involves various responsibilities including receptionist duties, data entry, order entry, and maintaining staff schedules.

Responsibilities
Answer and direct calls
Maintain staff schedules and track billable hours
Create purchase orders and support office personnel and service technicians
Provide administrative support for Regional Manager and staff
Generate and track project and service parts orders
Coordinate and log service requests
Assist with collections as needed
Ensure visitors sign in and log out
Screen and direct office calls
Submit weekly staff schedules and track billable hours
Create purchase orders for materials
Order supplies, manage incoming mail and shipments
Provide administrative support, including expense reports and accounting tasks
Generate project and service parts orders and track deliveries
Coordinate service requests and track completed service reports
Assist with visitor access and collections as needed
Maintain good relationships with coworkers, vendors, contractors, and customers
Provide prompt and professional customer service
Answer phones professionally and promptly
Maintain a neat and clean personal workspace
Adhere to company attendance policies
Complete all assigned tasks and duties satisfactorily
Maintain a professional appearance
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
2 years of administrative support experience
Preferred
2-year college degree
4 years of administrative support experience
Sage 300CRE experience helpful but not required
