Lead the design and deployment of AI coding agents powering Rovo Dev
Build and optimize LLM and retrieval-based systems for code planning, generation, review, and automation
Owning end-to-end ML pipelines, from data and experimentation to evaluation and safety guardrails
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver features that increase developer productivity
Qualification
Required
