Responsibilities
Manage therapy authorizations across payers (including Medicaid/MCOs and other plans)
Track authorization start/end dates and visit limits
Submit authorization requests and follow up as needed
Communicate authorization status to clinicians and leadership
Flag potential gaps or expirations proactively
Serve as a point of contact for families, therapists, and corporate
Answer phone calls and emails professionally and warmly
Support intake, scheduling coordination, and basic client inquiries
