Cherokee Nation is seeking an Account Clerk I to assist in processing documents for compliance with federal and CN policies. The role involves data entry, filing, and maintaining financial records for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.

Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions

Enters data for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and/or journal entries

Maintains spreadsheets

Maintains filing of documents

Performs prescribed procedures for review by accountants, supervisor or manager

Other duties may be assigned

Required
