They are seeking a warm and welcoming Host/Hostess who will be the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists using the hotel’s reservation system

Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

Communicate estimated wait times and accommodate special seating requests when possible

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area

Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries regarding hours, menus, and reservations

Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction

Monitor dining room flow and adjust seating plans as needed

Assist with guest recovery and resolve minor concerns with empathy and professionalism

Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment

Regular and reliable attendance in conformance with company standards

Perform other duties as assigned
