Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Assist customers with order placement, modification, and cancellation requests
Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company database
Provide product knowledge to customers and facilitate a better understanding of our offerings
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act quickly
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Additional customer service training or certification is a plus
Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is desirable
