Required

CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation required

Prior experience managing client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact, and advising clients on tax matters

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proven leadership skills with experience training, mentoring, and developing staff
