Responsibilities
Responsible for employee recruitment and new hire process
Maintain personnel records and knowledge of online database
Responsible for processing payroll bi-weekly
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations including FMLA, ADA, ACA, COBRA, and labor laws
Work in coordination with supervisors regarding employee disciplinary issues
Qualification
Required
Must be 21 years of age or older
Minimum one (2) year experience in Human Resources
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred
