Greet customers with professionalism and care, building trust through honest communication

Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information in repair orders

Clearly explain service recommendations, pricing, and time estimates

Coordinate repair work with technicians and parts departments to ensure on-time completion

Keep customers informed throughout the repair process — including delays or changes

Review work orders for accuracy before customer pick-up and process payments

Promote additional maintenance services based on inspection results and manufacturer guidelines (without high-pressure tactics)

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies
