Partner with hiring managers to fill open roles quickly
Post jobs, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
Extend offers and support onboarding through ADP
Assist with new hire orientation (virtual or in-person)
Maintain accurate, compliant hiring records
Track vacancies and recruiting metrics
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with diverse teams and communities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
On-site Monday - Friday
Ability to travel to multiple locations
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Safety-sensitive role requiring drug testing
Evening/weekend availability as needed
Preferred
2+ years of recruiting or HR experience preferred
