Responsibilities
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Maintain sprint backlogs, velocity tracking, and release plans
Partner with technical leads to remove impediments and optimize team performance
Coordinate engineering deliverables, requirements updates, and integration tasks
Ensure alignment with program-level objectives and dependencies
Qualification
Required
Min 8 years with BS/BA, Min 6 years with MS/MA, Min 3 years with PhD
4 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree
Excellent MS Excel skills; Pivot Tables, Charts, and data cleansing and manipulation
Familiar with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira, Insight, Confluence, Risk Register, Crucible, Bitbucket, etc
Ability to write scripts and macros to assist with the automation of metric collection or other data uses
Data Analytics experience and techniques used to extract, analyze, and report meaningful information to upper management
Experience with software development methodologies and life cycles
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Familiar with working within a distributed virtual team environment, with proficiency in remote collaboration tools and practices
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
