Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
15+ years of transportation design experience
Minimum 10 years managing engineering projects
Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain one
Demonstrated client relationship and business development skills
Commitment to maintaining high professional standards
Strong collaborative abilities across interdisciplinary teams
Excellent judgment and critical thinking capabilities
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability to changing project requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Previous staff management experience
