Responsibilities

You will be responsible for greeting visitors and handling telephone inquiries

You will perform clerical duties including data entry, word processing, faxing, making copies, filing, sorting and distributing mail

You will maintain department supply inventory

You will receive and direct all incoming calls and messages while maintaining accuracy, clarity and confidentiality

You will exercise good judgment and discretion, problem solving and communication

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

One year previous experience in a receptionist role
