Responsibilities

Fully leveraging the power of the Teamwork Platform to power the next generation of deeply connected experiences for Teamwork Collection
Onboarding to a new migration architecture supporting ambitious targets for migrating Atlassian’s largest DC customers to Cloud for FastShift, which is our single largest driver for revenue growth in FY26
Providing technical leadership to help our teams make the product 2X faster and more scalable while driving down costs

Qualification

AWSRDSScalable systemsWeb servicesAgile developmentCommunication skills

Required

10+ years of experience building and scaling web services and infrastructure
Deeply knowledgeable of infrastructural foundations i.e. AWS, RDS, and other backend technologies
Built and maintained backend systems supporting high-scale usage (millions of requests every day)
Agile development mindset and strong communication skills, esp. written communication

Preferred

Knowledge of the Atlassian cloud platform is a bonus
