Responsibilities

Leadership of a dedicated book of business

Strong relationships with global clients — understand their global insurance needs and requirements

Stay up to date on all industry and global economic trends to provide informed advice to clients

Accountable for the global service and execution

Lead market relationships and negotiation

Manage the entire renewal process and overall global client relationship

Leadership and development of Client Managers and Global Analysts

Manage and cultivate internal relationships with other Risk Solutions teams, other associates, and Producers

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of seven (7) years of global P&C insurance brokerage and/or commercial lines account handling experience

Extensive knowledge of Commercial Property and Casualty coverage products and marketplace

Ability to market and service multinational programs through an in-depth understanding of commercial insurance rating concepts

Working knowledge of regulatory landscape and nuances of placing local foreign coverages (e.g. captive ceding, deductible implications by country and global TPA selection)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to successfully present data

Demonstrated professional, tactful negotiation and persuasion skills

Focused on personal and team development with the ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed

Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information

Strong organizational, multi-tasking and negotiation skills

Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours to effectively service client and/or business needs

Ability to travel both domestically and abroad, as needed/requested

Legally able to work in the United States

Preferred

Completed CPCU, CRIS or other industry specific designations
