Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison for brand partners, maintaining and expanding relationships to maximize value for both partners and Thrive Market
Develop and execute custom marketing plans leveraging our full suite of marketing offerings across email, blog, social, and more
Act as a strategic advisor, educating partners on our suite of offerings and driving adoption of programs
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to brand partners and internal stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to deliver flawless execution
Manage multiple high-profile projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in sales and account management, prior CPG or retail experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of digital and content marketing tactics and measurement
Proven ability to manage and grow relationships
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable interfacing with external partners and internal leadership
Results-oriented with a data-driven mindset
