Responsibilities

Daily workflow and assignments of the warehouse to ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of all freight

Order packing, paper picks, skid preparation, route management

Timely and accurate inventory control

Required

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a Distribution Center with knowledge of distribution operations, material planning systems, and inventory control

Management of overall in-house fleet operations including route delivery efficiency and maintenance schedules

Experience supervising warehouse associates in a deadline-driven environment

Well versed in current DOT regulations

Able to read and comprehend shipping instructions and routing guides

Computer literacy is necessary (Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, WMS)

Ability and desire to provide leadership, training, and development for direct reports

Self-starter and a team player that will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment

Must be able to work a full shift as needed and be able to lift 50+ lbs
