MANAGEMENT ANALYST 3 - North Bend Fire Training Academy

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain documentation and workflows for systems
Analyze operations and recommend improvements
Compile and analyze facility usage and maintenance data
Support environmental compliance initiatives
Recommend purchases and resource allocations
Validate preventive maintenance closeouts
Approve routine administrative system changes
Drive technology-based change management initiatives
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
Participate in cross-functional and special projects as assigned by leadership
Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
At least 5 years' of working knowledge at a high level of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
At least 3 years of working knowledge at a high level of working with software management systems like facility management systems, customer relationship management software, project management software, or learning management systems

Qualification for the Public Loan Forgiveness Program
