Responsibilities
Ability and self-confidence to communicate effectively, and tactfully, to both large insurance company representatives and individual operations team members
Resolving high volumes of claims for processing by payers
Review and correct Verification Errors (VEs), payer Rejections, and Not Submitted claims
Verify insurance eligibility and update patient, subscriber, and provider information
Correct coding or data discrepancies to ensure clean claim submission
Resubmit corrected claims and document all actions taken
Communicate with offices or internal teams to obtain missing information
Maintain accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail in all claim processing tasks
Other tasks as requested by direct manager
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Analytical and problem solving skills with a passion for detail & accuracy
Reliability and flexibility with time committed to the position
Excellent organizational and time management skills
1+ years Dental Front Desk, Medical/ Dental Claims
Proficiency in medical/dental insurance verification
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and claim clearinghouse programs
Ability to analyze claim issues and resolve errors independently
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience in claim attachments and dental knowledge
High volume, fast-paced office experience
