Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC and plumbing systems, from preconstruction through closeout
Prepare and track project budgets, schedules, and submittals
Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution
Oversee material procurement, subcontractor performance, and project documentation
Review change orders, RFIs, and progress billings
Lead project meetings and communicate updates with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in mechanical contracting or construction project management
Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems in commercial or institutional settings
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management software
