Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Power Point

Well-organized and the ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines

Strong communications skills, both written and oral, with careful attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation

Willingness and ability to embrace new technology and platforms and the ability to learn new programs and processes quickly

Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Prior legal administrative support experience

Regular and predictable in-office attendance

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred

bachelor's or associate degree
