Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end UX/UI design for a primary website, including information architecture, page layouts, and user journeys
Design visually compelling on-page experiences that balance elegance, clarity, and conversion goals
Produce high-quality visual assets to support web content, marketing initiatives, and digital campaigns
Partner on the evolution of brand expression and visual systems across digital channels
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and engineering teams to enhance site functionality and launch initiatives
Maintain visual consistency and design excellence across all customer-facing digital touchpoints
Apply UX best practices, user testing insights, and performance data to continuously improve experience and engagement

Required

5–8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI and visual design
Portfolio showcasing website UX/UI, layout systems, and cohesive brand execution
Background designing for ecommerce platforms or content-heavy digital environments
Advanced proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong foundation in UX principles, usability standards, and conversion-oriented design
Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for visual craftsmanship
Comfortable collaborating within a fast-moving, growth-oriented team
