Responsibilities

Manage caseloads and provide crucial administrative support to ensure smooth operations

Provide individuals and businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of conveyancing transactions

Provide a high-level support service for the team, by helping it meet its overall targets

Amend and collate letters with enclosures adhering to deadlines and securing appropriate signoffs from relevant Lawyers

Engage with clients, stakeholders, and third parties, promptly addressing correspondence, calls, and emails

Work alongside Conveyancers and members of the wider Real Estate Group

Handle various post-completion tasks, progressively taking on more responsibility for deadlines
