This hybrid position will focus on shaping the organization’s financial vision and enhancing operational performance to support growth and clinical excellence.

Lead and streamline Accounting, Financial Reporting and areas Operations/Administration
Mentor/Directly supervise team
Budgeting/Forecasting + Strategic Planning
Help transform back office - improve systems, data, procedures, etc

Qualification

AccountingFinancial ReportingBudgeting/ForecastingFP&A experienceHealthcare Industry experienceSoftware implementation

Required

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related
8+ years of Accounting and/or FP&A experience

Preferred

Healthcare Industry experience (medical reimbursement, etc.) - very strongly preferred
Software and/or data implementation/migration/streamlining experience - BIG plus
