Responsibilities

Schedule and track leadership and team meetings and events to ensure project cadence and compliance with contract requirements

Coordinate and communicate events and schedules with customer and customer’s resident support team (RST)

Assist with development, content, formatting, and recurring updates to documents used for internal and external communications

Assist with travel planning, booking, and expense reimbursement

Author purchase requests for administrative needs

May assist with front-desk duties (welcome, sign-in, badging) as required due to demand or personnel absences

Required

Minimum of 7 years administrative experience

Professional written and verbal communications

Advanced user of MS office Suite

Proficient organizational planning, maintenance, tracking, and communications

Experience planning, arranging, and coordinating travel and travel budgeting

Superior people skills in support of business outcomes/objectives

Experience supporting all levels of Management

To work at this facility, you must be a US person

Preferred

Cost Point, Sharepoint, Confluence, Jira software program experience, IMS and financial support

Tracking and preparation of deliverables – including scheduling, communication with responsible parties, proofing, and editing

Previous experience working in a defense contractor environment. Sr. Administrative Admin work in support of defense contracts, defense programs and program management a plus
