Regional Sales Engineer

Armstrong International is a company specializing in intelligent solutions in steam, air, and hot water. They are seeking a Regional Sales Engineer responsible for driving revenue growth and managing relationships within the Humidification division. The role requires a strong technical aptitude and a proven sales track record to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional customer solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed territory revenue targets
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and prospecting
Maintain and grow relationships with distributors, sales representatives, and key accounts
Provide technical guidance and support to customers to ensure proper product selection and application
Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and customer service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Conduct presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations for customers and channel partners
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to leadership
Represent Armstrong International at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Willingness to learn or train in the position
Must have the physical and mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of the manufacturing environment
Other duties as assigned and not limited to just the above

Required

Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
5 years of experience
Willingness to learn or train in the position
Must have the physical and mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of the manufacturing environment
This position requires extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred

Strong understanding of humidification systems, applications, and industry standards is a plus
