They are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to enable the sales team by managing administrative and operational tasks, enhancing the overall customer experience during the sales process.

Responsibilities

Provide sales desk ticket support both by phone and by email
Assist sales, in a learning environment with entering assessments into Salesforce – CPQ
Input new contacts and leads into Salesforce (SFDC) and maintain data accuracy during conferences and events
Serve as deal desk support for large opportunities or questions related to Salesforce CPQ entry
Coordinate large deal support, such as large deal strategy meetings
Cross train as backup support strategic sellers with non-standard proposal development and submissions outside of CPQ workflows
Monitor and manage open tickets in Salesforce
Respond to client inquiries regarding timelines, logistics, and general service updates
Assist with customer service for minor requests and order status follow-ups
Monitor dashboards in the pending approval stage to move deal packages forward including new customer setup and documentation submission

Required

3+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or customer service
2+ years of experience with Salesforce (SFDC), CPQ tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred

Experience with customer service or sales support
Knowledge of public sector sales or preservation services a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
