ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAM SPECIALIST C

The State of Louisiana's DCFS is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of its citizens. They are looking for an Administrative Program Specialist C to maintain relationships with staff and vendors, reconcile and audit invoices, and ensure compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist with ensuring staff compliance with procedures
Attends meetings as needed
Responds to requests to provide information or clarification, or to ensure any changes made are processed in a timely manner
Monitors and ensures implementation of projects upon completion
Takes ownership of questions or problems and leads them through to resolution
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Five years of experience in administrative services
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus two years of experience in administrative services
A bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in administrative services
An advanced degree plus one year of experience in administrative services
