PROPERTY CONTROLLER II (CORRECTIONAL FACILITY) Folsom State Prison

Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Procurement & Services Officer II (PSOII), the Property Controller II (PCII) is responsible for the Property Office and property control within Folsom State Prison (FSP)
The incumbent maintains records for all assets of the institution including land, buildings, improvements, major/sensitive equipment, FSP fleet vehicles and intangible assets
Ensures that property accounts reflect current and actual values
Provide for sales, transfers, and survey of equipment
Supervise Incarcerated Persons in the delivery and removal of equipment from the Property Controller area
Facilitates and ensures the compliance and completion of the institutional Triennial Inventory
Qualification
Required
Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment
If you are meeting Minimum Qualifications with education, you must include your unofficial transcripts/diploma for verification
Official transcripts may be required upon appointment
Candidates new to CDCR or the Division of Juvenile Justice are required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan fingerprinting, and Tuberculosis testing prior to appointment followed by departmental annual Tuberculosis testing/evaluation thereafter
