This position is ideal for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer who enjoys full project lifecycle involvement — from concept and design through assembly support and post-installation optimization — within a collaborative, problem-solving environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modeling, assemblies, and detailed drawings)
Experience creating or using SolidWorks macros to automate design tasks
Strong foundation in mechanical design, motion systems, and industrial automation
Ability to adhere to engineering standards, documentation practices, and safety requirements
Excellent communication and teamwork across departments
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
U.S. citizenship required
Preferred
Experience with automated machinery, robotics, or motion control systems
Familiarity with PLCs, servos, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Understanding of machining, fabrication, and mechanical assembly processes
Exposure to project management or cross-functional collaboration
Ability to write or maintain SolidWorks macros or other automation scripts
Innovative mindset with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement focus
