Responsibilities

Partner closely with clients to gather requirements, understand workflows, and align expectations from the start

Configure systems, workflows, roles, and permissions to reflect each organization's needs

Facilitate testing, training, and go-live activities to support confident adoption

Provide consultative guidance grounded in product capabilities and proven practices

Keep projects on track by managing scope, timelines, and communication

Share insights and feedback that help improve products, services, and team processes

Collaborate with peers through reviews and knowledge-sharing to strengthen delivery quality

Required

Experience supporting or leading software implementations or complex projects

A consultative mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions

Curiosity and openness to learning new tools, processes, and ways of working

A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data and systems

A flexible, organized approach to managing multiple client engagements

Willingness to travel up to 30% to support client needs
