Human Resources/Recruiting Administrative Assistant - Bilingual Spanish/English
Confidential company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Spanish/English speaking Human Resources/Recruiting Administrative Assistant to support their talent acquisition and HR team. This role is essential in coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining HR systems, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Responsibilities
Coordinates Pre-Employment and Onboarding processes with Hiring Managers and Recruiters
Supports recruiters by screening resumes and assisting with occasional phone screen
Works effectively as part of the Human Resources Team
Assists with Employee Engagement Coordination
Answers calls, emails and responds to employee inquiries and requests
Data entry into HRIS system and excel workbooks
Uses HRIS (UKG) to enter and extract employee data; develop and run reports
Assist with coordination of employee engagement activities
Multi-tasks all functions of HR and recruiting with accuracy
Maintains employee files
Qualification
Required
Ability to write and speak in Spanish and English to provide translation support
High School diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in MS office
Ability to work in a fast-paced office
A strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and managing recruitment /onboarding workflows
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Preferred
1 years' experience in Human Resources department
Experience using HRIS software
UKG experience
