Responsibilities
Lead and execute hospice business development strategy across hospital and SNF markets
Drive admissions growth and census performance
Build, maintain, and expand referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, and community partners
Recruit, mentor, and manage Community Liaisons / BD team members
Monitor KPIs, referral trends, and market performance
Partner with clinical and executive leadership on growth and LOS strategy
Ensure all referral and marketing activity aligns with hospice compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hospice business development leadership experience
Proven track record of admissions growth in a hospice environment
Established relationships with hospital and SNF referral sources
Strong understanding of hospice compliance and referral regulations
Preferred
Experience leading and scaling BD teams
Deep knowledge of the Fort Worth / Tarrant County market
