Responsibilities
Draft and prepare legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses)
Conduct legal research and fact investigations
Manage case files and coordinate scheduling for depositions, hearings, and other proceedings
Assist with trial preparation (organizing exhibits, creating witness binders)
Review, analyze, and summarize medical records and deposition transcripts
Qualification
Required
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a litigation paralegal, specifically in personal injury law
Strong understanding of civil procedure and court rules
