They are seeking enthusiastic, entry-level Customer Service Representatives to manage customer calls, schedule appointments, and provide excellent support, all while receiving training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and a smile in your voice
Schedule appointments and provide excellent customer support
Learn to work with tools like ServiceTitan, Jobber, or HouseCall Pro (training provided)
Practice clear, friendly communication to build trust with customers
Grow your skills through paid training and ongoing development
Book incoming leads at 85% or above
Building lasting customer relationships with openness and trust
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
Comfortable using technology (email, chat, or apps)
Reliable, organized, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
