New Grad, Entry LevelBeLit, Inc. is seeking a Designer I to support the Production Associate or Production Department Manager. This entry-level position involves drafting, design, and plan development, with a focus on producing construction documents in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Drafting, Design, and Plan Development
Prepare Site Specific Construction Documents
Revise Construction Documents as directed
Adhere to Drafting Standards
Maintain log of work performed
Effectively track time and job status to maintain efficient workflow
Efficient and Competent use of project tracking software
Communicate effectively with AS/PDM
Use available resources efficiently and effectively
All other assigned duties
Qualification
Required
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to think critically to complete design tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to take ownership of the production process and the resulting finished product
Task driven with a strong attention to detail
Excel at meeting deadlines by utilizing good communication and prioritization skills
Willing and helpful nature
Ability to create and maintain productive relationships with other employees
Proficiency in English Language, reading, spoken, and written
Preferred
Beginner Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit software
Beginner knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
